Weekly Spotlight! - Tumbling

The District offers different levels to accommodate skill levels from beginners to the more advanced tumbler. Participants will learn basic tumbling positions such as a tuck, forward roll, and bridge, to more advanced skills such as round offs, standing and round off back hand springs. Students will learn various positions and drills to develop body awareness, strength, and proper tumbling forms. Register quickly, as space in each class is limited to 8 participants.

Classes will be broken into several sessions throughout the year. Sessions will consist of one (1) class per week, for six (6) weeks.
