The
Kingsbury Clippers swim team offers a competitive swimming program that is
organized
by age and gender. Swimmers
can participate in backstroke, butterfly, freestyle, individual medley,
relays, and diving. Practices
start after Memorial Day, with meets approximately twice a week. The
conference meet caps off the season in July.
This is a great program for youths wanting to sharpen their
swimming ability while competing against 8 other teams in Southwestern
Illinois. Carpooling for practices and swim meets is available.
Swim and Dive Team is lots of fun and good exercise, so why
not give it a try? Beginning swimmers of all ages are welcome.
