START SMART Baseball                                           

Is your child ready for Baseball or Softball? 

The Kingsbury Park District in cooperation with the National Alliance for Youth Sports presents START SMART Baseball.  START SMART Baseball is a six-week instructional program, which helps parents work one-on-one with their children teaching them the basics of baseball and softball such as throwing, catching, running and batting.  The program helps prepare children for organized tee ball and baseball by using Koosh products, which make learning both safe and fun.

 

Those Eligible: Children 3-4 years old who can attend each session with their parent or another significant adult and want to prepare for organized tee ball.

 

When:  Mondays

              Participants will attend a 1-hour session, 1 time per week for 6 weeks

  Sessions will be at 5:00 P.M.

  Start Date: June 9

  Registration Deadline: May 23

 

Where: Jaycees Field

 

Fee:    $15.00 Park District Resident

$22.50 Non-District Resident    

 

Parents have the option of purchasing an individual equipment kit, which includes Koosh Bat & Ball Set, a Koosh Glove, a Mondo Koosh Ball and a START SMART Baseball Participant Manual for $35.00.
