The Speed, Strength and Agility Camp’s format will consist of drills, exercises and games designed to build a strong foundation and maximize the potential of each participant.  This will be a well-organized camp for athletes with aspirations of taking their potential to the next level.  Participants will be able to incorporate the numerous skills they develop in any sport or activity.  This program will emphasize perfection of the basics, but will also incorporate many techniques not being taught at the junior high or high school levels. 

Eligible Participants:  Those Entering Grades 5 - 8

When:  June 13 – July 29, 2011 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) -- No Class on July 22
              12:00pm – 2:00pm

Location:  William S. Wait Park, Pool Pavilion

Fees:  Park District Resident -- $50.00
            Non-Park District Resident -- $65.00
