If you do not wish to register online, you still have several options.  First, you will need to complete a registration form.  You may print off a form from the link above or pick one up at the Kingsbury Park District Office, located at 114 N. Second Street.  Once the form is complete (be sure to include the CS#), attach the appropriate fee.  Checks or money orders should be made payable to the Kingsbury Park District.

You may deliver your registration form and payment to us in one of the following ways:

1.  Mail to:
              Kingsbury Park District
              P.O. Box 462
              Greenville, IL. 62246

2.  Walk-In:

can be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  However, we ask that you do not pay by cash when using
             this method.

A 50% program registration fee refund will be issued for team sports after the draft has occurred, and no refunds will be issued after the first game.

 Medical Refund Requests:

A pro-rated program registration fee refund will be issued based upon the number of sessions remaining in the program only if a refund request form is accompanied with a medical document.  The request must be received within three business days following the completion of the last scheduled meeting of the program.

 Program Cancellation Refund:

A 100% registration refund will be issued when the Kingsbury Park District cancels a program for any reason.

Shelter Refunds:

Refunds will be issued only if the cancellation is made within 10 days of making the reservation, as long as the shelter is reserved more than 10 day prior to the reservation date.  Reservations taken 10 or fewer days prior to the reservation date must be paid at the time the reservation is taken, and no refunds will be issued.  No substitute dates will be allowed.

Early Bird Gets the Worm!

Nothing kills a program faster than low and late registrations.  Please register early to avoid program cancellation.

Petition System for Team Sports:

Parents of children whose birthdays fall between June 1st and September 1st may wish to place their child in an activity by grade rather than age.  To do this, please fill out a petition form at the Park District Office.  Petition forms must be submitted prior to the draft.  If a necessary petition form is not submitted, participants will be placed in activities according to age.  For more information, contact the office at 618-664-4969.
