POOL RESERVATION INFORMATION

Private Pool Parties:

Planning a special Birthday Party, Sport Team Party, Family Reunion, Office Party, or any other occasion?  The pool setting will provide the perfect location and party atmosphere!  Call the pool at 618-664-8953, or stop in and book your private pool party date.  Parties can be scheduled the first day the pool opens.  A reservation form must be completed in order to schedule a party.

Times available for private pool parties:

          7:45pm - Midnight  (Monday)

8:45pm - Midnight  (Tuesday or Thursday)

6:00pm - Midnight  (Wednesday)

9:00pm - Midnight  (Friday or Saturday)      

          8:00pm - Midnight  (Sunday)   

Fees:   

One Hour -- $65

Two Hours -- $115              

          Three Hours -- $170        

          Four Hours -- $220     

          Five Hours -- $265

          Six Hours -- $300

All pool party reservation fees must be paid within 2 days of making the reservation.  If a reservation is made within 48 hours of the reservation date, the fee will be due at the time the reservation is made.  A $25 security deposit is required.  The deposit will be returned if the pool area is left in an orderly manner.  The security deposit will not be returned if the person who made the reservation cancels the party, regardless of whether the party is rescheduled.  
 

Birthday Party Packages: 

Celebrate your child’s birthday with a swimming party!  Our Birthday Party Package will take care of all the details for you.

The Birthday Party Package comes with the following amenities: 

·Birthday Cake and Ice Cream
·Pizza
·Bottled water or Capri Sun
·Free swimming during the 2 hour party
·Coupon for free pool admission on subsequent visit
·Decorations/Plates/Napkins/Spoons
·Party host for 2 hours
·Designated Picnic Area
·Goodie Bags

Rates:  

Park District Resident -- $125 for up to 12 participants*
Non-Park District Resident -- $150 for up to 12 participants*

*12 guests includes adults and children entering pool area. Additional guests $5, up to 20 guests total.

Birthday Party Package is only available during regular open swim times.  Party themes are available.  See pool attendant for further details.
