Registration forms can be picked up at the Kingsbury Park District office located at 114 N. Second Street or at kingsburyparkdistrict.com.  Completed forms can be dropped off at the same location or mailed to P.O. Box 462, Greenville, Il.  62246.  If the office is closed please use the drop box located on the front of the building.  The drop box can be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Please do not use cash when using this method.  Registration can also be done at kingsburyparkdistrict.com.  Registration forms must be turned in by 5:00 P.M. Wednesday February 1.  Late registrations will not be accepted as uniform orders will have to be mailed immediately.  Please register early.  Parents are encouraged to call 664-49696 if they have any questions or have a problem getting a registration form.
