14th ANNUAL FAMILY FISHING DERBY

Bring the whole family out for the 14th Annual Family Fishing Derby, presented in cooperation with the Kingsbury Park District, Illinois Department of Natural Resources Fisheries Division and the University of Illinois Extension Office.  Youths should bring their own fishing equipment, although some rods and reels will be available on a first come, first served basis.  Participants are encouraged to use the bait of their choice but some live bait will be available.  Prizes will be awarded.  At least one parent will be needed for every 5 registered participants.  Mark your calendar so you don’t miss the fun.  Pre-registration is requested. 

Those Eligible:  Youths Age 15 and under

When:  June 11, 2011

  Registration 9:00am - 9:30am

  Fishing Derby 9:30am -10:45am

  End of Derby and Awards 11:00am 

Location:  Patriot’s Park Lake Pavilion

Fee:  Free  (Pre-Registration is requested)
