Kingsbury Park District

BALL FIELD RESERVATIONS

The baseball fields at Jaycee Park are available for rental to local traveling teams.  All reservations made must be accompanied by a Certificate of Insurability with the Kingsbury Park District listed as "Additional Insured."

Reservation Fees:

    Base Fee:  $10.00 per reservation
    Add $25.00 per instance if field preparation is needed for Monday - Friday games.
    Add $35.00 per instance if field preparation is needed for Saturday games.
    Add $10.00 per reservation if lights are to be used.

Reservation Policies:

    Payment is required at the time the reservation is made.

    Field preparation is not offered on Sundays.

    A full refund will be issued in the event that the Kingsbury Park District declares a ball field unusable due to inclement weather, as long as it
    is prior to field preparations being made.

    Once the Kingsbury Park District prepares a field for a reservation, no refund will be issued – even in the case of rain at a later time in the
    day.

    Field preparation or lighting fees will be refunded if the Kingsbury Park District is notified of the change at least two business days prior to the
    date of the reservation.  Business days are Monday through Friday.

    No refunds will be issued for any reasons other than those cited above.

    No field preparation equipment is to be brought onto Kingsbury Park District fields by someone other than Park District personnel, with the
    exception of hand rakes.
