Yoga Basics CS #205

We've changed the nights and time to accomidate more people for Yoga in 2018.  This class will offer a variety of yoga practices from Vinyasa Flow to Restorative.  You will learn how to utilize the breath to connect your mind and body.  All levels of practice are welcome!  No experience necessary.

Who is eligible:  Ages 16 +

When: Monday's & Wednesdays
           June 11, 2018 - July 11, 2018
           No class the week of July 2 - 4
           4:30 pm - 5:45 pm

What you need to bring:  Your own Yoga Mat, Small Towel, and a bottle of water.

Getting FIT where you SIT

Not everyone can get up and down off the floor easily making traditional yoga classes difficult. With the help of a chair anyone can practice yoga with the same benefits of increased circulation, balance, flexibility, mobility and strength. Chair Yoga is recommended for those with arthritis, osteoporosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, and others with limited mobility.
